Career Counselling
The Career Counselling Cell enriches students academically as well as gives information
about their career in order to enable them to make decisions along the way. It has the
objective to provide learning/ training opportunities in the areas of academic, career
and personal and social development . Furthermore, It emphasis the students to face the
future challenges.
In GDC, Pabau , this cell is constituted with faculty members of the college to provide the necessary
guidance and information to the students in shaping their future. This team provides the current
information pertaining to employment trends and options to ensure the quality advice to students.
This cell organizes various workshops , seminars and lectures to develop their different skills.
Eminent resource person from various sectors are invited for providing training to the students.
To cater the needs of students with the following objectives.
To organize programme to create awareness about the different schemes which are started by the govt.
To counsel students for competitive exams.
To conduct orientation programme for freshers.
To organize various programme like Personality Development , Soft Skills,, and Communication Skill.
To Organize Pre-Placement training Programme To develop the skills of facing interview among students.
